Passenger Refunds


If you purchased a refundable or unrestricted eTicket on this website, request your refund online here

If you purchased a refundable or unrestricted eTicket from Kenya Airways Sales Shop, or Contact centre please use our global contacts to locate a number or email in your area.

If you purchased a refundable or unrestricted eTicket  from a Travel Agent please contact the Agency for refund request.

 

NOTE: 

- Even if your ticket is not refundable, you might still be able to cancel your itinerary through Manage my booking.

 

- If you have a refundable or unrestricted ticket, you have several options for obtaining a refund.

- Kenya Airways will issue refunds for eligible tickets within 20 business days. The refund may take up to two billing cycles before it is reflected on your credit/debit card statement. Refunds for eligible tickets purchased with cash or check will be processed from the sales point.

- Some fees or penalties may apply to your refund, especially on tickets for international travel.
