We offer conference discounts whenever your have a group of delegates traveling from different points to same destinations operated by Kenya Airways but on different dates. The discount would vary with the number of delegated. The minimum number requirement to qualify for Closed User Group (CUG) discount is 50 and the delegates MUST be traveling to same event location. This special offer is only offered on return journeys. To support your staff personal travel we can also extend the same product.

• Group Travel

Business sponsored group travel can be costly to the organization, as Kenya Airways we try to accommodate your needs by offering a group discount. For a group to qualify for a group discount, they must travel on the same dates & timings, same origin to same destination and same booking class. The minimum number for a group in economy cabin is 10, while in business is 5 passengers traveling together. Based on the size of the group, we can allow some level of flexibility on group splitting to comply with your travel policy risk management requirements
